Return Policy

If you need to make a return...

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Music Central:

      • You have three (3) calendar days to return any musical instrument, loudspeaker, mixer or amplifier from the date you received it. Any musical instrument, speaker, mixer or amplifier is subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the full amount can be refunded in the form of a Music Central gift card. This policy exists because once one of these items leaves our store, it is considered USED
      • You have fourteen (14) calendar days to return any unopened accessory item from the date you received it
      • An original Music Central receipt must accompany all returns
      • Postage or shipping fees for returned items will be paid for by the original purchaser – not Music Central.
      • Only items that have been purchased directly from Music Central can be returned to Music Central
      • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it
There are some items, however, that are ineligible for returns, including:
      • Opened software
      • Any item special ordered specifically for you
      • Electronic Software Downloads
      • Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
      • Music Central Gift Cards
      • Cymbals
      • Reeds (Unless in original, sealed packaging)
      • Earbuds (Unless in original, sealed packaging)
      • Fog / Haze / Bubble Fluids
      • Polishing and Cleaning Liquids
      • Drumsticks
      • Kazoos, Recorders, Harmonicas, Tin Whistles, Jaw Harps
      • CD’s and DVD’s
If packaging materials were damaged, Music Central reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of no greater than 20% of the original selling price. Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled a pick-up item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
